We are currently seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand identity and creating compelling visual content that resonates with our audience. By collaborating with various departments, you will guarantee that our marketing materials convey the intended message while complying with brand guidelines. Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for marketing materials, including: brochures, flyers, product catalogs, product specification sheets, sell sheets, advertisements, banners, digital content and much more.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts that align with brand messaging and target audience.
Collaborate with the product department to design product packaging and labels that effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Collaborate with the eCommerce department on website graphics, banners, enhanced content, mockups, general design and digital content.
Collaborate with the Print department on product personalizations for screen printing, heat transfers, pad printing, etc. working with customer supplied artwork and at times recreating to vectorized files.
Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel.
Revise and edit designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders to achieve the desired outcomes.
Stay updated on design trends and industry standards to continuously improve and innovate.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality output.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Expert Level Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
General Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to take constructive criticism and revise designs accordingly.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage projects efficiently.
Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus (Ex. Shopify CMS, Builder.io, etc.)
Experience with online design tools is a plus (Ex. Figma)
Experience with UI / UX is a plus
Experience with Computer-aided design (CAD) software is a plus (Ex. Solidworks) for product design
Experience with eCommerce enhanced content is a plus (Ex. Amazon A+)
Experience with eCommerce platforms is a plus (Ex. Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, etc.)
Experience with a project management software is a plus (Ex. Wrike, Smartsheet, ClickUp, Monday, Trello, Asana, etc.)
