Port City Air (PCA) is located on Pease in Portsmouth, NH. We are a full service 24/7 fixed base operator (FBO) and multi-faceted aviation services company, offering a variety of services for many different size aircrafts such as maintenance, fueling, cleaning and more!

Position Scope

Our Military Liaison provides exceptional customer service, marketing contributions and reporting of and to military flights arriving and departing from Portsmouth International Airport. We are looking for full or part-time positions with special focus on Military, Cargo, General Aviation and International Tech Stop Customer Relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contacts and customers
• Coordinate with military and charter to ensure all military, cargo and international tech stop flights have appropriate staffing, escorts and drivers in advance of aircraft arrival
• Reserve hotels and cars to meet military, cargo and tech stop customers, providing updates as needed.
• Ensure all required data is captured for each flight and recorded in Flightbridge
• Create and utilize reports to update internal flight schedules
• Communicate all updates to internal and external distribution lists
• Attend trade shows and arrange for meetings at trade shows
• Assist in design and development and ordering of marketing and promotional items for various customers
• Order/purchase food and drinks.
• Greet aircraft and provide information on Port City Air and Portsmouth International Airport
• Transport crew members to and from their aircraft and to local area hotels as needed.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Previous aviation experience helpful
• Military experience helpful but not necessary
• Available holidays, nights and weekends
• Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
• Great attention to detail
• Must pass the FAA and Homeland Security background checks as well as complete a pre-employment drug screening
• Basic computer skills
